About Us
Founded by social entrepreneurs, Innovative Global Supply, LLC was created to identify and solve societal problems on a large scale. IGS was launched in 2008 as a supplier of American-made high-quality nutritional products to serve malnourished and under-nourished populations around the world.
Over the last six years, IGS has expanded its strategic focus by promoting sustainable solutions to address global wellness. This is done by identifying innovative initiatives in health and wellness and supporting infrastructure and agricultural development projects as we work to improve lives in long-lasting ways. We also provide support to businesses interested in import/export work and managing the sale of business assets in our consulting division.
Innovative Global Supply, LLC brings more than 150 years of combined and diverse experience with expertise in Sales, Supply Chain Development and Management, Project Design and Execution, New Market Development, Health Care Product Sourcing and Business Advisory Services. This expertise is enhanced by our ability to tap into our international network of government and business leaders as needed.

Cherod Webber
President and CEO
A social entrepreneur, Cherod Webber established Innovative Global Supply (IGS) to identify and solve social problems on a large scale. IGS launched in 2008 as a global supplier of high-quality nutritional products to malnourished populations around the world. As President and CEO, Mr. Webber has expanded the strategic focus of IGS to further its social impact. Today, IGS is focused on promoting innovation, sustainability and global wellness in a variety of ways through work in Health and Wellness, Infrastructure, Economic Development, Renewable Energy and the Agriculture sector.
Mr. Webber has been appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker to the South Carolina District Export Council and formerly served as member of the U.S. Export-Import Bank Advisory Committee representing US small business interests.
Mr. Webber serves as Honorary Consul between the City of Columbia, SC, and Ghana and the Greater Western and Southern African Regions. In addition, he is serving his second term as a member of the South Carolina District Export Council. In December 2017, he was elected to serve as the DEC Chairman for a two-year term. In March 2018, he was elected to the University of South Carolina McNair Institute for Entrepreneurism and Free Enterprise Advisory Board.
He is also a member of the United States Global Leadership Coalition South Carolina Advisory Board for which he has annually briefed members of the South Carolina Congressional delegation.
He was recently appointed to the Furman University Alumni Board of Directors. Mr. Webber received his Bachelors degree from Furman in 1989 with a degree in Political Science and International Affairs and was a member of the Furman Football team when it won the NCAA Division 1-AA National Championship in 1988.
Anita Nelam is the Chief Strategy Officer for Innovative Global Supply. She has extensive project design, management and strategy development experience. She has also worked extensively in organizational design.
She has spent more than 40 years working with people and organizations to identify, clarify and resolve issues and problems. She provides a myriad of services to her clients including strategic counsel and coaching.
She is a skilled and talented writer and editor including work on business and marketing plans, proposal development, web and social media content and opinion pieces for varied media.

Mo Abdrabboh has earned the respect of the global community through his exceptional work on legal issues ranging from advocacy to commercial and corporate law.
In his most recent position as General Counsel for the Dubai Multi-Commodities Center (DMCC), Abdrabboh lead the legal department in advising the Dubai government-owned company on all legal matters including but not limited to best business practices, internal and external legal policy, Free Zone regulations, propriety law, DMCC’s contentious legal matters, and compliance with federal, local and international regulatory requirements.
In addition to managing over $500 million worth of litigation for the company, he has instructed and collaborated with the largest law firms in the world covering a vast array of legal topics.
Galen Grayson, M.D. serves as Chief Medical Officer for IGS. A graduate of the Harvard Medical School, Dr. Grayson also serves as the Medical Director for the Charlotte Health System Ophthalmology Department.
Dr. Grayson founded the Genesis Eye Center in Charlotte, North Carolina that he successfully built into Charlottes most successful ophthalmology clinic that he sold to American Optical Services in
2010. While building Genesis, from 2002 to 2008, Dr. Grayson served as Executive Vice President of Business Development for a child safety company. There he oversaw the airing of a children’s animation product on more than 230 PBS stations, as well as licensing agreements with a national retailor.
Dr. Grayson served honorably in the United States Navy as a Medical Platoon Commander and Acting Group Surgeon. He was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal and was twice awarded the Navy Achievement Medal.

Garrick Perry
Southeast Region Sales Director
Garrick Perry is the Southeast Region Sales Director for IGS. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, he has lived in South Florida since 2011. Garrick is a graduate of Furman University.
For nearly 30 years, he has worked process sales and service. He is an experienced and creative project manager and problem-solver with expert skills in Product Development and Manufacturing.
His multi-faceted sales experience has successfully been deployed in the cosmetics, food and nutritional supplementation, process chemicals and building supply industries
