Affordable Housing Project: Ghana
In 2014, through a dialogue between IGS Development and the Ghanaian Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing on finding innovative solutions to Ghana’s extreme housing deficit, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed for the construction of 5,000 affordable housing units over the next five years.
